UE cere Chinei să îşi limiteze, voluntar, exporturile de automobile hibride pentru a evita un război comercial

The EU has urged China to voluntarily limit hybrid car exports to prevent a trade war, aiming for a 15% market share in the EU. Officials emphasize the need to manage trade relations to avoid deindustrialization. Additionally, the EU seeks restrictions on other products and increased Chinese purchases of European goods. Ursula von der Leyen highlighted the unsustainable trade deficit with China, which reached €360.6 billion last year. The European Commissioner for Trade aims for tangible results in discussions with China by October, amid concerns over production overcapacity. China, however, views these measures as protectionist.
