UE adoptă al 21-lea pachet de sancțiuni împotriva Rusiei

The European Union has reached an agreement on the 21st sanctions package against Russia, aimed at limiting funding for the war in Ukraine. Ursula von der Leyen announced that the new measures include banning transactions with 32 additional Russian banks and targeting cryptocurrency companies. The sanctions also maintain a price cap on Russian oil for one year and introduce measures against ships supporting Russia's shadow fleet. Additionally, EU leaders are moving towards officially banning Russian combatants from entering the EU.
