UE a eliminat Panama de pe lista neagră a paradisurilor fiscale după reformele întreprinse de țară • Newsweek România

The EU has removed Panama from its tax haven blacklist following the country's reforms to meet international transparency standards. This decision, announced after a meeting of EU finance ministers, also included Vietnam. Panama had been on the blacklist since 2020, while Vietnam was added in February 2026. The blacklist aims to combat tax evasion by multinational corporations and wealthy individuals, established after scandals like the Panama Papers. Currently, the list includes eight jurisdictions that do not comply with agreed international tax standards.
