Ucraina reia exporturile de gaze
Ukraine has partially resumed natural gas exports for the first time since 2022, allowing private producers to sell up to 15% of their output abroad. This decision follows a surplus in the commercial gas sector and aims to attract investments for production recovery. The government plans to create legal conditions for this export mechanism by September 2026. The measure does not apply to state-controlled companies and will be implemented annually from March to November. The Energy Ministry will approve which companies can export and the volumes they can sell, with sales conducted through specialized sessions on a commodity exchange.
