Ucraina redeschide exporturile de gaze. Producătorii privați vor putea vinde în străinătate până la 15% din producție
Ukraine has partially resumed natural gas exports for the first time since 2022, allowing private producers to sell up to 15% of their output abroad. This decision, approved on October 7, follows discussions about the surplus of gas and the need for investment in production facilities. The new export mechanism will be in effect annually from March 1 to November 30, with specific regulations for eligible companies. The Ministry of Energy will oversee the list of exporters and the volumes they can sell, with sales conducted through specialized sessions on a commodity exchange. The move aims to attract investments and stabilize the gas market amid fluctuating prices in Europe.
