Ucraina protestează că pe noua hartă a ONU Crimeea apare separat. Țoiu a văzut altă hartă: „Crimeea este în Ucraina”
Ukraine protested against a new UN resolution that depicts Crimea separately from the rest of Ukraine. Romania's interim Foreign Minister, Oana Țoiu, confirmed Romania's support for the resolution, asserting that Crimea is part of Ukraine. The resolution aims for a more accurate representation of the world on maps, correcting historical distortions. Ukraine abstained from the vote, while the resolution was adopted with 164 votes in favor. The new map, based on the Equal Earth projection, shows Crimea in gray, suggesting a separation from Ukraine. Critics, including Ukrainian MP Kira Rudik, expressed discontent with this representation.
