The budget currently allocates about $100 billion for defense next year, with the country needing to explore various funding sources, including international partnerships, to cover the remaining amount. Additional funding may come from the Ramstein format and other mechanisms for direct arms procurement. Prime Minister Serhii Koretsky noted a $27 billion defense budget deficit this year, with plans to address $7 billion of it through strict austerity measures.
