Ucraina critică noua hartă a lumii adoptată de ONU

Ukraine has condemned a new world map adopted by the UN, which depicts Crimea differently from the rest of its territory. Kiev argues this representation is unacceptable, as Crimea is internationally recognized as Ukrainian despite Russian occupation since 2014. The map, based on the 'Equal Earth' projection, aims to more accurately reflect the relative sizes of continents and was approved by 164 states. Ukraine abstained from the vote, alongside several other countries. While the EU and UN assert that the new map does not alter legal statuses or borders, the US was the only nation to vote against the resolution, citing broader ideological concerns.
