Ukraine has urged the U.S. to impose sanctions on Russian entities involved in the Rassvet satellite network, which poses a threat to its security. Denys Sienik highlighted that if operational by 2027, Rassvet could target Ukrainian sites in real-time. He plans to provide details to U.S. officials about those supporting the project. Russia aims to deploy hundreds of satellites, with the first 16 already launched. Ukraine seeks broader sanctions to counteract this development and has requested access to Starlink for enhanced internet coverage.
