A Ukrainian company has unveiled a drone capable of transporting injured individuals in a closed cabin, designed for medical evacuation in conflict zones. Named StarGate, the drone can reach speeds of 105 km/h and carry up to 150 kg. It aims to facilitate evacuations where ground transport is dangerous or impossible, flying over obstacles like mined fields and destroyed roads. Controlled remotely, it eliminates the need for a pilot in hazardous areas. While the manufacturer claims it could significantly reduce evacuation times, independent verification in real combat conditions is still pending.
