UB construiește un nou cămin studențesc în Grozăvești

The Ministry of Development will finance a new student dormitory in Bucharest's Grozăvești area, providing 476 new accommodation places. The project, part of a national public construction program, has received building authorization from the local authorities. The dormitory will feature modern facilities and include 238 double rooms, along with parking spaces. This initiative aims to improve student life quality and attract more students to the University of Bucharest, addressing the high demand for affordable housing in major university centers.
