Over 600 students and teachers participated in preventive activities organized by Sibiu police, focusing on safety in schools and surrounding areas. The police conducted checks at six educational institutions in Cisnădie, Miercurea Sibiului, and Agnita, aiming to enhance safety and prevent antisocial behavior. A total of 30 informative activities were held, addressing violence prevention and substance abuse. Police also monitored nearby areas to prevent the sale of tobacco and alcohol to minors, resulting in 89 individuals being checked and 16 businesses inspected. The police issued 18 fines totaling 6,297 lei. Ongoing preventive actions will continue to ensure student safety and community responsibility.
