Tusk acuză opoziția naționalistă că vrea să „distrugă democrația și statul de drept”: „Să spunem lucrurilor pe nume”
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk accused nationalist opposition leaders of attempting to undermine democracy and the rule of law, following protests at the Constitutional Tribunal. Tusk described recent events as horrifying and emphasized the need for an independent judiciary. He expressed concern over the actions of the opposition party Law and Justice (PiS) and their supporters, who protested against the suspension of a tribunal president. Tusk's government aims to remove judges appointed by the previous PiS administration. The political crisis has also led to the resignation of the Polish ambassador in Bucharest due to the situation in Poland.
