The Tour of Romania 2026 will feature 23 teams from 16 countries, with around 150 cyclists competing over 800 kilometers from September 9 to 13. The event starts in Chișinău, Moldova, and includes national teams from Romania, Italy, Moldova, Albania, and Bosnia. Notable participant Elia Viviani, an Olympic champion, will also be present. The competition consists of five stages, with the first stage from Chișinău to Ungheni. The event is broadcast live on Prima Sport and has various sponsors, including Auchan Romania.
