Turcia va începe în curând forarea unei sonde de țiței în Marea Neagră

Turkey is set to begin drilling a challenging oil well in the western Black Sea, as announced by Energy Minister Alparslan Bayraktar. The operation is expected to take time and is part of a broader plan to explore six wells in the Black Sea by 2026. Earlier this year, Turkish Petroleum and ExxonMobil signed a memorandum to enhance operational efficiency and explore new areas. The collaboration aims to leverage technical capabilities and international experience for new discoveries. Turkey has been increasing its efforts to explore and boost oil and gas production, particularly at the Sakarya gas field.
