Turcia, membră NATO, ia în considerare aderarea cu drepturi depline la blocul de securitate condus de China şi Rusia. Anunțul lui Erdogan

Turkey is considering full membership in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, led by China and Russia, according to President Erdogan. He emphasized that this move does not signify a break from NATO or the West. Erdogan's comments came after attending an SCO summit in Bishkek, where he was seen in a relaxed discussion with Putin and Lukashenko. The SCO, often criticized as a 'club of dictators', includes several authoritarian regimes and aims to counter Western security organizations. Turkey is currently a dialogue partner in the SCO and the only NATO member among its partners.
