Turcia, Egipt și India încearcă să deblocheze transportul de cereale ucrainene prin Marea Neagră. Rusia refuză propunerea

Turkey, Egypt, and India are working to resume Ukraine's grain exports via the Black Sea, offering safe passage for commercial vessels. President Zelensky claims Russia opposes this plan. Negotiations are ongoing to establish a maritime corridor for grain transport, which has been suspended since August due to Russian attacks. The proposed mechanism involves ships sailing under the flags of these three countries, transporting food from both Ukrainian and Russian ports. However, an agreement between Ukraine and Russia is necessary to ensure the safety of these vessels. Ukraine has also requested the EU to reactivate solidarity corridors for grain exports and has sought transit permissions from neighboring countries, with Hungary agreeing under specific conditions.
