Turbine înalte cât trei Palate ale Parlamentului. Cel mai mare proiect eolian nou din România din ultimul deceniu, pus în funcțiune la Buzău - StartupCafe
Rezolv Energy has launched the first phase of the VIFOR wind farm in Buzău, Romania, with a capacity of 192 MW, marking the largest wind project in the country in a decade. The initial phase includes 30 Vestas turbines, each with a capacity of 6.4 MW. The project will expand to 461 MW by 2027, becoming one of the largest onshore wind farms in Europe. The site was chosen for its wind efficiency and proximity to the high-voltage grid. The project is expected to power over 270,000 households and reduce CO2 emissions significantly. The first phase received financing of up to 291 million EUR, with an additional 331 million EUR for the second phase. Rezolv Energy is also developing a large solar park in Arad, further expanding its renewable energy portfolio in Southeast Europe.
