He emphasized the presumption of innocence, noting that while prosecutors and judges may view Georgescu as guilty, he remains protected by constitutional rights until a final decision is made. Toader also mentioned that both prosecutors and defense attorneys could request changes to the preventive arrest within the 30-day period.
