Drivers are seeking ways to reduce their increasing RCA insurance costs, with some opting for legal methods. If they receive excessively high quotes from three insurers, they can request assistance from the Bureau of Auto Insurers. The average RCA policy price has risen significantly, with some drivers facing increases of over 40%. Many young drivers are insuring their vehicles under their parents' names to save money. In the first half of this year, nearly 55,000 drivers utilized the Bureau's services, resulting in lower premiums for about 7,400 vehicles. The rise in insurance costs has also led to an increase in uninsured vehicles on the road.
