Trotinetele electrice: curs de legislație obligatoriu

Electric scooter and bicycle riders may soon be required to take traffic law courses due to rising accident rates. A legislative initiative proposes that these riders obtain a driving permit similar to that for mopeds if they lack other vehicle licenses. The government acknowledges the need for additional safety measures but does not support the permit requirement. Instead, it suggests mandatory completion of a traffic law course for scooter riders to enhance their understanding of road rules.
