Trotinetele de închiriat vor fi blocate în parcurile din București

Electric scooters for rent are now completely banned in Bucharest's parks, with their speed limited to zero. This measure also applies to large public events. Major operators like Lime, Bolt, and Splash have agreed to this request from the city hall. Previously, scooters could only go up to 5 km/h in parks, but now they will not function at all. This regulation aims to enhance safety in public spaces and has been in effect since October 2025, with fines for violations reaching 500 lei.
