This decision follows numerous complaints about scooters posing risks in these areas. The new regulation prohibits the circulation and parking of scooters in public spaces managed by the city, with exceptions for emergency vehicles. Violators may face fines ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 lei. The aim is to ensure parks remain safe environments for recreation.
