Trombă marină uriașă în largul coastelor Italiei

A large waterspout formed off the coast of Liguria, Italy, on September 10, moving towards Santa Margherita Ligure. Local residents and tourists captured images of the phenomenon, which approached several boats and a tourist ferry without causing any reported injuries or damage. The waterspout developed under a storm cloud and was visible for about 15 minutes before dissipating. It did not make landfall, and witnesses noted a sudden darkening of the sky prior to its formation. Waterspouts are similar to tornadoes but occur over water, typically associated with storm clouds.
