Tribunalul Sibiu a aprobat falimentul lui FC Hermannstadt: ”Dispune sigilarea bunurilor din averea debitoarei”

The Sibiu Tribunal has approved the bankruptcy request for FC Hermannstadt, following the dissolution of its senior team. The judicial administrator, Ideal Insolv SPRL, will no longer manage the club's assets, which will be sealed. A judicial liquidator has been appointed, and creditors have until October 12 to submit claims. Previous bankruptcy requests were dismissed. The club faces debts of 3.1 million euros, with potential funds from player transfers.
