Tribunalul de Primă Instanță din Bruxelles a suspendat poprirea asupra încasărilor ROMATSA din tarifele de rută, cerută de Pfizer în procesul deschis împotriva statului român

ROMATSA has temporarily suspended the seizure of its receivables from EUROCONTROL due to a court order in Brussels, effective from August 9. This suspension allows EUROCONTROL to release and pay all route fees owed to ROMATSA, amounting to approximately 20 million euros. The court's decision is provisional and will last until a final ruling is made, with the first hearing scheduled for January 4, 2027. ROMATSA, which provides air navigation services in Romania, is affected by a forced execution initiated by Pfizer for a debt of over 3.4 billion lei, despite not being a party in the dispute.
