Tribunalul Constanța: Greva de la Oil Terminal, ilegală

The Constanța Tribunal ruled on September 17 to end the illegal strike by Oil Terminal employees, which was set to escalate. The decision can be appealed within ten days. The court dismissed the request to suspend the strike notification and deemed the warning strike on September 16 as having no interest. Employees had protested due to a 6.5% salary increase demand that was not met. Oil Terminal, a state-owned company, is the largest terminal for oil and petrochemical imports/exports in Romania.
