Tribunalul București a respins cererea de intrare în insolvență a AnimaWings. Reacția CEO-ul companiei aeriene

The Bucharest Tribunal denied AnimaWings' request for insolvency, complicating the airline's situation as creditors plan to pursue their claims in court. The company aimed to stabilize operations and restructure debts amid ongoing technical issues with its fleet. AnimaWings has suspended regular flights until late October and is withdrawing its Airbus A220-300 aircraft. CEO Marius Pandel emphasized the need for responsible action to protect the company and its passengers, while acknowledging the challenges ahead. The court's decision does not conclude creditor actions, which will be addressed separately.
