Tribunalul Bucureşti a respins cererea de intrare în insolvenţă a STB. Ciprian Ciucu: „Neașteptat”

Mayor Ciprian Ciucu stated that STB management insists they submitted all necessary documents. He emphasized the financial challenges facing STB, which costs the city 34% of its annual budget. Ciucu believes that the insolvency request was a necessary step for the company's restructuring and financial recovery. STB had officially filed for insolvency on August 6, following a series of measures aimed at addressing its financial situation.
