Mihai Rafiu, Tiberiu Alexandru Pîrvu, and Liliana Sorescu are accused of receiving bribes related to procurement processes. Prosecutors had requested preventive detention, which was denied. The allegations include receiving significant sums of money for approving contracts and payments. Additionally, cash amounting to approximately 500,000 euros was found during searches at Pîrvu's residence. Investigations are ongoing against other individuals involved.
