The Bucharest Tribunal has approved the insolvency request of STB, appointing a provisional judicial administrator. This decision follows a previous rejection due to incomplete documentation. The administrator is tasked with inventorying STB's assets within 60 days and reporting on the company's situation. Mayor Ciprian Ciucu assured that public transport will continue and that insolvency is a necessary step to freeze debts and restructure the company, which has liabilities exceeding 1.6 billion lei.
