Tribunalul Bihor ridică sechestrele din dosarul Pașca

The Bihor Tribunal has lifted all precautionary measures imposed by DIICOT against Viorel Pașca and the Dumbrava DPG Association, following appeals from ten individuals and the association. The court annulled several orders from July that had placed seizures on assets linked to the care of vulnerable individuals. The measures included significant sums of money and properties, which were deemed necessary for operational costs. This ruling does not address the criminal charges against Pașca and the association, which are under investigation for organized crime and human trafficking. Previous court findings indicated that allegations of 'slavery' were not substantiated, as the financial claims did not support the prosecution's case.
