The decision affects multiple properties and funds previously frozen due to alleged financial misconduct. Pașca plans to use the returned assets to pay unpaid salaries and complete a kitchen construction. The case stems from a large-scale operation on June 30, which led to the evacuation of 409 vulnerable individuals from their facilities. The court ruled that DIICOT lacked sufficient evidence for continued asset seizure.
