Trenul care ar putea schimba Balcanii. Linia Budapesta–Belgrad, testată în condiții reale
The Budapest-Belgrade railway line has undergone significant testing, achieving speeds of 160 km/h. The tests focused on the European Train Control System, which performed well, although passenger information systems need improvement. The line's completion could reduce travel time between the two capitals to about three and a half hours. Additionally, improvements are planned for suburban routes, potentially increasing passenger numbers significantly.
