Three decommissioned thermal points in Tractorul and Valea Cetății will be converted into multifunctional community centers. The total investment exceeds 10.27 million lei, including VAT. The project includes two buildings on General Dumitrache and Aluminiului streets, and one on Vârful cu Dor street. Contracts were awarded to Hachi Invest and a consortium led by Romconstruct SA. The renovations will adapt the buildings for various activities, offices, and medical cabinets, enhancing their utility for local residents. This initiative is part of a broader municipal program to repurpose decommissioned thermal facilities.
