He mentioned three possible government structures: a political government, a mixed one, or a purely technocratic cabinet. Niculescu did not confirm whether he has secured the necessary 233 votes for approval and emphasized the need for a quick decision on the cabinet's composition. He has a list of potential ministers ready for a technocratic government but stated that discussions are ongoing. Niculescu clarified that he is negotiating with parties willing to support the new executive, excluding AUR, which has not shown interest in voting for a government. He reiterated that all options remain open and that discussions with political leaders are continuous.
