Trei ucraineni, prinși în flagrant când încercau să păcălească prin „metoda BNR”

Three Ukrainian citizens were arrested for fraudulently deceiving victims using a method impersonating Romanian public institutions. They posed as employees of the National Bank of Romania and other authorities, convincing victims to withdraw money. The suspects were caught in the act when one victim handed over cash. Prosecutors warn the public about such scams and advise vigilance against fraudulent calls.
