Three young individuals lost their lives and two others were seriously injured in a car accident on DN 67 in Mihăești, Vâlcea County. The incident occurred around 11:30 PM when a 25-year-old driver lost control and collided head-on with another vehicle. The crash involved five people, with three being trapped in the cars. Emergency responders managed to extract the victims, but the driver and two passengers, both 17, died at the scene. The other vehicle's occupants, a 67-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman, were severely injured and taken to the hospital. Investigations are ongoing to determine the exact cause of the accident, and traffic was diverted due to the incident.
