Three athletes from Alba Iulia represented Romania in a taekwondo competition in Bulgaria, achieving notable results. Petric Ilinca secured second place in the cadet category, while Grapa Andrei and Ciontea Bianca both earned third place in their respective junior and cadet categories. The event highlighted the athletes' dedication and the support from their local clubs and the Romanian Taekwondo Federation. Coach Alin Moldovan emphasized the importance of training and the honor of representing the country on an international stage.
