A survey by eJobs Romania reveals that 55.9% believe AI has reduced job availability for youth. The competition for entry-level positions has intensified, with applications rising by 28%. Many young applicants face challenges such as delayed feedback from employers and high experience requirements. Despite concerns about AI, 42.1% remain optimistic about job security. Financial independence is crucial, with over half willing to accept jobs unrelated to their studies for income.
