Brașov City Hall is set to initiate expropriation procedures for land needed for three major infrastructure projects, including a new stormwater collector and a roundabout. The total compensation for affected property owners is estimated at 7.36 million lei. The most significant portion, over 6.8 million lei, is allocated for the stormwater collector in the Tractorul area, which aims to manage increased runoff due to residential development. Additionally, funds are designated for a roundabout on Calea Feldioarei and reconfiguration of access to a Park&Ride facility. The projects are expected to enhance traffic flow and safety in the region.
