Three friends have transformed a farm in central Sardinia into an unusual restaurant focused on fire-cooked dishes and local ingredients. Customers dine outdoors by Lake San Sebastiano until after midnight. Opened on August 15, the restaurant operates three evenings a week, using ingredients sourced from nearby farms. The founders plan to expand the project to include agricultural production, mushrooms, food products, and eventually accommodation facilities.
