Trei factori care pot amâna instalarea demenţei. Descoperirile făcute de un nou studiu

Researchers have identified three health factors in middle age that can delay dementia onset by over a decade. Maintaining normal blood pressure, avoiding type 2 diabetes, and quitting smoking between ages 45 and 65 are linked to nearly 13 additional years of dementia-free life. The study analyzed data from 12,409 participants and found that those without these risk factors lived significantly longer without dementia. The findings emphasize the importance of managing these health risks to promote brain health.
