Three cooperation documents between Romania and India were signed at Cotroceni Palace, focusing on education, research, technology, and sports. During the official visit of Indian President Droupadi Murmu, a bilateral program in science and technology was established. A memorandum for the creation of an Indian studies department was signed between the University of Bucharest and the Indian Institute of Cultural Relations. Additionally, a cooperation program in science and technology was agreed upon between Romania's National Authority for Research and India's Department of Science and Technology. A joint declaration in sports was also signed between Romania's National Sports Agency and India's Ministry of Youth and Sports.
