Trei bărbați care au furat banii de pensii, 2 milioane de euro, au primit sentințele definitive

Three men involved in the theft of pension funds totaling 2 million euros received definitive sentences. They stole 16 bags containing around 10 million lei from the Romanian Post's headquarters in Timișoara. Following a routine traffic check, police discovered the crime. The Timișoara Court of Appeal sentenced two men to seven years in prison and the third to six years and six months. Their sentences were reduced due to their guilty pleas. Initially, they received lighter sentences, but the appeal resulted in harsher penalties. All three are already incarcerated after being arrested during the investigation.
