Deutsche Telekom is acquiring Polish companies Fiberhost and Inea for around 1 billion euros, enhancing its position in the European telecom market. This move aims to transform T-Mobile Polska into an integrated telecom provider. The deal is pending regulatory approvals and is expected to finalize by the end of 2026. The acquisition will add over 300,000 Inea customers and expand Fiberhost's network coverage to 1.4 million homes. This follows Deutsche Telekom's exit from the Romanian mobile market after selling Telekom România Mobile Communications.
