This marks PIB's second acquisition in Romania, following the purchase of STEIN Bestasig Insurance Broker in 2024. Founded in 2002, CND has established a strong presence in the corporate insurance market, offering comprehensive risk management solutions. The acquisition enhances PIB's capabilities in Romania, where it now employs over 25 professionals. PIB Group aims to expand its presence in Central and Eastern Europe and is actively seeking partnerships with entrepreneurial insurance brokers.
