Gigi Becali recently sold a plot of land for €14.3 million to a British businessman, marking a significant real estate transaction. The deal, which took 16 days of negotiations, involves a 30,000 square meter site in Pipera Plaza intended for a residential complex with around 650 apartments. The transaction was facilitated by CGA Home Consulting, led by Cătălin Apetri. Becali highlighted the importance of this deal, emphasizing the professionalism of Apetri. He also shared insights on another land acquisition that increased in value from $1 per square meter to €50 million after a lengthy legal battle.
