The management's dissatisfaction stems from the online release of confidential reports from a previous funding round. Despite the suspension, negotiations remain open, and the company is considering resuming private placements. DeepSeek aims to raise at least 10 billion yuan, with a pre-money valuation target of 480 billion yuan. The company recently secured $7 billion in initial funding and is planning an IPO this year.
