Deutsche Telekom is acquiring two Polish telecom companies for about 1 billion euros, enhancing its regional presence. The deal includes Fiberhost and Inea, expanding T-Mobile Polska's services beyond mobile to fixed internet and television. Approval from Polish competition authorities is required, with completion expected by late 2026. This acquisition will add over 300,000 Inea customers and cover 1.4 million homes with Fiberhost's network. Deutsche Telekom aims to accelerate growth through this integration.
